This project integrates Sber's SaluteSpeech into your Home Assistant smart home system, allowing you to use voice commands and have your system speak to you. It takes spoken words from you or text from your Home Assistant and translates them into actions or spoken responses. This is for Home Assistant users who want to enhance their smart home with advanced voice control and audio feedback.
Use this if you want to add advanced speech recognition and realistic text-to-speech capabilities to your Home Assistant setup, especially if you need support for Russian, English, or Kazakh languages.
Not ideal if you prefer local-only voice processing without reliance on a cloud service or if you need a different set of supported languages.
