TTS audio files for the CC-CEDICT Chinese-English dictionary
This project provides pre-generated audio pronunciations for Chinese words and phrases from the CC-CEDICT dictionary. It takes standard Chinese-English dictionary entries and provides corresponding MP3 audio files, which are named using numeric pinyin. Language learners, especially those using flashcard systems like Anki, will find this useful for improving their listening and pronunciation skills.

Use this if you need high-quality audio pronunciations for a large vocabulary of Mandarin Chinese words and want to easily integrate them into your language learning tools.
Not ideal if you need to generate audio for text that is not part of the CC-CEDICT dictionary or if you require very specific customization beyond voice, speed, pitch, and volume (which requires using the script directly).
