TTS Telegram bot
This bot helps you quickly turn written text messages into spoken audio right within Telegram. You type a message, and it generates a voice recording using Amazon Polly and stores it on S3, which can then be played back in your Telegram chats. Anyone who wants to share audio versions of their text messages, or provide voiceovers for short announcements in Telegram, would find this useful.
Use this if you need a convenient way to convert text to speech and share the audio files directly within Telegram.
Not ideal if you need an on-premise solution or if you are not comfortable setting up an AWS account with S3 and Polly.
