kaieberl/paper2speech
Convert any english paper or scientific book to audio
This tool helps students, researchers, or anyone reading dense material to process scientific papers, textbooks, and lecture notes more easily. It takes a PDF, Markdown, or TeX file and converts it into either an audio file you can listen to, or an interactive web page with explanations for complex sections. It's designed for individuals who prefer listening or need extra context beyond just reading.

Use this if you frequently read scientific or academic documents and want to digest their content by listening to them or by getting immediate, AI-generated explanations for specific sections.
Not ideal if your documents contain many critical images or are not in English, as these features are currently not fully supported.
