💻🔊 A chrome extension that converts text on the web to speech. This was my final project to the Harvard's CS50x course.
This tool helps you listen to any text you encounter on the web by converting it into spoken words. You select text from a website or type it directly, and the tool reads it aloud, highlighting sentences as it goes. This is useful for anyone who reads a lot online, such as students, researchers, or busy professionals.

Use this if you want to listen to web content while doing other tasks, improve reading comprehension by listening along, or simply prefer to hear text read aloud.
Not ideal if you need an offline text-to-speech solution or require advanced voice customization beyond pitch and speed.
