Make R and your Mac speak
This R package allows your Mac to speak aloud messages directly from your R scripts. You provide text strings as input to be spoken, and your Mac will vocalize them using its built-in text-to-speech functionality. This is ideal for R users who work on a Mac and want audible notifications or spoken output from their R sessions.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you want your R scripts to provide spoken alerts or read out results directly from your Mac.
Not ideal if you are not using a Mac, or if you need to integrate spoken output into a web application or non-R environment.
